So Dark Waters Alternative Festival 2012 is over and we’ve finally caught up with some sleep after what was an amazing weekend. We here at Dark Waters HQ had a great time and we certainly hope you did too?
We have so many people to thank, we don’t know where to start?
Our first thanks go to you guys who bought tickets, came along and showed your support over the weekend.
A massive thanks to all 14 acts over the weekend, each of you bringing to the stage a wide and eclectic mix of music keeping the interest of the crowd. The feed back from the crowd has been overwhelming this year. A lot of people discovering new music as well as enjoying the music they know and love. Big thanks to our DJs over the weekend too.
We’d like to thank Walt and Rob our sound guys for their hard work and the amazingly crystal clear sound that so many people commented on. Also a big thank you to The Britannia Boat club and their amazing venue.
Thanks also to Kirsty our ‘Door Bitch’ for the weekend, thanks to both Davids for their talented photography skills and to Bob for lending us the back line and sharing his informative technical skills. Thank you to Dominion Magazine and we mustn’t forget our thanks to Mat and Stacey from The S.O.P.H.I.E Foundation for coming down as well.
A big thank you also goes out to everyone at Void Clothing for their continued help and support of Dark Waters Alternative Festival.
